It is situated at No. 92 Zhengyang St. in Lvyuan District, Changchun City, and on the northwest side of Kuanping St.
There are many main sights, such as four-dimensional cinema, water curtain stereoscopic cinema, laser levitation cinema, multidimensional ball curtain cinema, Happy Island, and so on.
Covering a total area of 35 hectares in which 3 hectares is the water surface, the Changchun Film City is entitled with excellent natural environment conditions. Seven major districts with different functions were designed:
1. Traditional Chinese Blocks, also the scenery base for films and videos. It mainly includes a traditional city gate tower, blocks in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Siheyuan (traditional single-story houses with (rows of) rooms around the four sides of a courtyard) and European blocks.
2. Chinese Traditional Landscape Garden, in which traditional buildings are constructed, like the Yaoqi Palace.
3. Folk Custom District, mainly exhibiting the minority culture of Hezhen ethnic minority group and Manchu.
4. European Cultural District mainly consists of architecture of European style, for instance, the church and the Overseas Club.
5. The Amusement Park consists mainly of the Crystal Dragon Palace, the Aerobat Tour, the Amusement Ground and the Spectacle of Animals in the distant past.
6. The Film Technology Exhibition District, made up of two core buildings, the Great Movie World and the Movie Palace. This is the center district in the Changchun Film City.
7. Service District. Multiple services are provided here, including repast, selling of handicraft articles and souvenirs and consignation.
